Our Policy
- We do not issue cash or bank refunds in normal cases.
- You will receive Johar Bazzar Wallet Credit (instant or within 48 hours).
- Wallet credit can be used anytime on any product across our website.
- Cash refund will be issued only if the product is found to be beyond repair or use after our inspection.

Items Not Eligible
- Used, washed, worn, altered, or customer-damaged products
- Change of mind (except for defective cases)
- Personalized, clearance, or “Final Sale” items
- Products returned without original tags and packaging
Easy Return Process
- Login to your account → Go to My Orders
- Select the order → Click “Request Return / Exchange”
- Select reason and upload clear photos of the product and packaging
- Submit the request — our team will review within 48 hours
- If approved, we facilitate the pickup of items. Keep the items packed and ready for pickup with tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect the product:
- Exchange: New item will be shipped
- Wallet Credit: Credited instantly or within 48 hours
- Cash Refund: Only if the product is found beyond repair or use (processed to original payment method in 5–7 business days)
Wallet Credit Validity
- Valid for 1 year from the date of credit
- No minimum order value required
Shipping Cost: Customer bears the return shipping charges. We reimburse only in cases where the product is defective and we are at fault.
Important This policy is clearly mentioned before checkout as per Consumer Protection Rules. All inspection decisions are final.
